Who can apply

Independent teams and clubs may apply alongside BAL organization teams. Clubs retain their name, colors, crest, and coaching identity. Admission, division availability, and placement require a written BAL decision. A submission receipt confirms delivery only.

The season offer

The league fee is $2,400 per accepted team. A $300 acceptance deposit is credited toward that amount; the remaining balance is three installments of $700. There is no club affiliation fee in this offer. This website collects no payment. Any payment schedule starts only after the club accepts a written participation agreement.

The planning model is 24 regional games over 10 weekends between March and June 2027, centered on Utah, North Carolina, Georgia, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Arkansas. The regular-season travel target is no required flights. Exact fixtures, facilities, division viability, and travel expectations are supplied before a team commits. A hub designation is not a booked venue.

Included and separate costs

The published package plans for league scheduling, venues and officials, roster administration, standings, coach orientation, and championship qualification. Match film is planned where capture is approved and available; delivery targets and access terms will be stated in the team agreement.

Club coaching and training, uniforms, required Rocksolid headgear, other equipment, club registration, screening, insurance, travel, lodging, and meals are separate costs. Championship entry is $450 per qualifying team; the optional combine planning price is $75 per athlete. Neither purchase nor application guarantees qualification, scouting, recruitment, or advancement.

Before acceptance

BAL supplies the participating hub, confirmed division, known venues, game plan, full fee schedule, uniform specification, approved equipment list, and cancellation terms before requesting commitment. If the offer differs materially from the information here, the team may decline without paying a deposit.

Withdrawals and cancellations

Payments are refundable for withdrawal before the schedule-lock date stated in the signed team agreement. After that date, BAL reviews withdrawal requests against documented commitments and the agreement. League-canceled games are rescheduled first; undelivered contracted league games receive a proportional credit or refund. No deadline is created by an unconfirmed calendar window.

Shared standards

All admitted teams must meet BAL uniform-quality requirements and wear BAL-approved Rocksolid headgear for their division. Clubs must obtain artwork and product approval before ordering. Required staff screening, age and roster checks, conduct rules, and event-specific safety instructions apply to every team.

What this website does

The site accepts adult club applications and inquiries. Match Center results, confirmed memberships, and booked venues will be published as they become available. Draft development files and concept event identities are illustrations. Final playing rules, eligibility, appeals procedures, and event safety plans are issued before participation.
