PRIVACY NOTICE

Effective October 27, 2026. This notice covers the BAL recruitment website operated by Blitz Academy League, part of BlitzFB and a Blueprint Sports Co property.

Information you choose to share

Club applications collect adult contact details, club identity, city, hub preference, team counts, age groups, coaching experience, and questions. Contact messages collect an adult name, email, topic, and message. We use these details to review applications, answer requests, and coordinate league entry. Applying does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Children and athlete records

These forms are for adult club representatives, parents, and guardians. Do not submit athlete names, dates of birth, medical information, or identity documents. This website does not provide athlete accounts or collect player registrations. Athlete registration and media permissions will use a separate approved process before participation.

How records are handled

Applications and messages are stored in the league’s hosted database. Access is restricted to authorized staff. Hosting, security, and an email delivery provider, when configured, may process the information needed to provide these services. We do not sell application data or send form contents to advertising tools. We keep records while needed for the application, requested follow-up, and related operational obligations, and review whether they remain necessary after each recruitment cycle.

Cookies and optional measurement

Necessary hosting and security functions operate to deliver the website. Optional analytics and advertising tools load only after you allow the corresponding categories in Cookie choices. Google Tag Manager manages configured tools; allowing a category does not mean every advertising platform is active. External fonts and links may involve their own providers. You can change your choice using the footer control.

Saved application drafts and Match Center filter preferences stay in your browser. The application page includes a Delete saved draft control. Removing cookies or browser storage also removes local preferences. Downloaded files remain on your device.

Your requests

Use Contact BAL and choose Privacy request to ask about access, corrections, or deletion. We may need to verify a request before releasing or changing records. Do not send sensitive identity documents through the public form.

Concept imagery and other websites

AI concept photography illustrates the league’s direction; it is not a record of actual participants or events. External websites have their own policies. This notice will be updated if our collection or use changes.
