PRIVACY / WEBSITE INQUIRIES

YOUR DETAILS.
A CLEAR PURPOSE.

This page describes the information handled by the BlitzFB website’s inquiry and spring-interest forms.

Information you provide

Forms are for adults. They request a name, email address, state, city, optional phone number, and optional message. League inquiries can include an organization name. Please do not provide children’s names, dates of birth, medical details, payment information, or identity documents in these forms.

How submissions are used

Submissions are stored so the BlitzFB team can review local demand, respond to questions, and follow up on the topic you selected. A saved inquiry is not player enrollment or a purchase.

Website storage and security

Submissions are stored in the site’s hosted database. The form service checks input and uses limited request metadata, including a hashed network identifier, to reduce spam. The request’s signed-in site user identifier may be recorded when supplied by the hosting service.

Payments, registration, and shared fan gear

This website’s forms do not collect payment details. Future player-registration providers will present their own data and payment terms. Links to the existing shared fan-gear catalog leave this site and are subject to that service’s policies.

Cookies and communications

The site uses the browser and hosting features needed to serve pages and, for private review, sign in. ZIP lookup uses a local ZIP-to-state data file. No external ZIP service receives the ZIP entered in the finder. Optional Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and Meta Pixel load only after you choose to allow measurement. Google and Meta receive page URLs, event types, browser/device information, and their measurement identifiers to measure visits, attribute successful inquiries to advertising, and help improve campaigns. Meta receives PageView and Lead events for saved parent-interest and club-partner inquiries. We disable automatic form-data collection for the Meta integration and do not provide form contact details for advanced matching. Google Ads measurement may be added when configured. We send event types, page paths, and broad program information—not form names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text—to the measurement data layer. You can change this choice using “Measurement preferences” in the footer. Campaign parameters and advertising click IDs may be attached to a submitted inquiry only when measurement is allowed; they help attribute the inquiry to its campaign. The saved game-day checklist uses device-local browser storage.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the contact form and identify the email address used in your earlier submission to request a correction or deletion. The team will review the request. Do not include sensitive identification documents.
